Policy

  • Orders may be opened in front of the courier for inspection only.

 

  • Please check the item, size, and color before accepting the order.

 

  • If there is any issue, returns or exchanges must be requested immediately with the courier.

 

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted after the courier leaves.

 

  • Items must be in their original condition and unused.

 

  • If you refuse to receive the order, shipping fees will still apply.


Product Defect Policy

  • Defect Responsibility Period: Weare  responsible for any manufacturing defects on an item for a period of 30 days from the date of your order. Defects reported after this 30 day period cannot be accommodated.
